La proximité de la gare de St Pierre des Corps, la présence d'une place de parking et l'équipement de l'appartement
Le bruit à l'extérieur mais ça on y peut pas grand chose

Le logement est très agréable , bien équipé avec une place de parking gratuite.
Il est proche de la gare de saint pierre des corps à moins de 10 mm. Il est situé sur un grand axe de circulation mais il y a du double vitrage et la chambre est au calme . Il est préférable d’avoir une voiture pour circuler à Tours et dans les environs.

L’hôte est très gentille, et accueillante. L’appartement était propre, bien aménagé et belle déco. On s’y sent bien.
C’est bien qu’il y ai une place parking comprise, mais la place est petite. Il ne faut pas avoir une grande voiture.
