Parking is a bit tight to get 2 cars in back garden off road parking so did leave one on road round back of property as seemed safer than front but plenty of parking available.

Nice comfortable warm house

I liked everything about my stay, good location close to amenities, nice quiet neighborhood, lovely and warm central heating throughout and in a good location. The host Sharon was ever so helpful throughout my stay and kept a good communication throughout.

The blinds in the master bedroom wasn't good as it didn't keep out the light especially a street light that was right outside (quite annoying) and the bed was pretty uncomfortable too and the inconsistent hot water in the kitchen it was lukewarm if not cold when using it but otherwise a nice home!

A delightful delightful house

This really is a delightful house, everything we needed was supplied, the location for us was great easy to get to the skating rink for my granddaughter, plenty of space for us to chill and unwind, the beach hut was a particular favourite and although it was December many hours we're spent in the hut playing darts. I will be booking again as soon as I get next years show dates and for many more years to come thankyou Sharon for all your info and your hard work.

Perfect

Everything from booking to arriving home was amazing, hosts made everything perfect for our arrival and explained absolutely everything we needed to know whilst there and even a lovely message after we left. The house it's self was lovely no a single complaint or anything negative we could say and we will definitely be booking again

Our Holiday

Everything you need for a home from home stay. Sharon the host was amazing. No parking restrictions which was a bonus in Blackpool. The beach hut was well used by everyone for the darts. Seating area outside is a proper sun trap and great for outdoor eating and for the kids to play and be secure.

Amazing property, extremely clean & great location.

This property was amazing. Travelling with family for a weekend away. Great location with access to public transport into town. The house was absolutely spotless on arrival. Garden area was great and the weather was a bonus to make use of this area! Sharon was a great host always prompt with replies and accommodating with early check in. Felt like a home from home. Will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this property to others!

Long weekend stay

The house was everything we were looking for. Sharon was very informative about the property and the surrounding areas, including transport, sites to see, and also great recommendations of places to eat! Decor is beautiful and the garden area is well kitted out for a relaxing stay. Will definitely be booking again.

Lovely, comfortable house, spotlessly clean and wonderful hosts.

We loved the house, it was perfect for us as a family, with a double bed, two singles and then a bunk bed too. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, had all the facilities we needed and the host was lovely and helpful. The kids loved the outside room and the box of games, would be so nice in the summer to enjoy the outside space but sadly for us it was November and raining! We were in Blackpool for a dance competition and it was like a home from home, we had everything we needed, only an 8 minute drive from The Winter Gardens and Blackpool Tower. There is a bus stop right near the house and taxis turned up in about 2 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay and have booked again for next year.

house was perfect just what we were after to fit a family and was value for money for the lenth of time we were there. communication with host was easy and she kept us upto date throw booking.com messaging. house would benefit from maybe a hot tub in the back yard for night times when there is nothing else to do.

no dryer to dry clothes, there was a clothes hose but no good if its raining outside.

Fabulous house

Great house in a good location with a bus stop just outside to easily catch the bus Into Blackpool or St Anne’s. The house is a lovely size with a great kitchen and outdoor area. The bedrooms are all a nice size with plenty of storage. The house is really nicely decorated and furnished and we had a great stay, Sharon the host was also great and was happy to help if needed as she only lives 5 minutes away. Would definitely recommend this property and we will be booking this again when we re-visit
