camera spaziosa, ambiente tranquillo e pulito, arredato con gusto. check-in e apertura porte tutto automatizzato tramite internet, parcheggio interno disponibile.
purtroppo non è stato semplicissimi trovare il posto, poichè i numeri civici non sono progressivi, ovviamente non è una nota negativa in quanto la gestione non può farci nulla...

The apartment is very clean and the online staff was very quick to answer the call.The location of the hotel was good and also there is a lovely park outside.The apartment is full furnished with everything dish wash towels,plates,utensils to cook,fridge,oven,hair dryer, additional toilet papers.We really enjoyed the stay at appartamento civico 23.The apartment is very nice.I love there digital key system to the gate apartment and main door.EXCELLENT!

I suppose the only thing you can like about it is the price. It's cheap compared with other options, but I find it expensive for what it has to offer.
Our primary search criteria was private parking (since we were traveling with a not necessarily expensive but exotic sports car). Parking was in the courtyard but it was like parking on the street, because it was in plain sight and the gate was permanently opened. This might not be very important to other guests, for us it simply didn't tick the box. It went well although, no problem with the car during the night.
It's really far from the city center, in a quiet but not necessarily friendly area.
The apartment is very basic and cheap. It was clean but didn't smell great (probably because of humidity). The lack of air conditioning is the biggest drawback, as it was really hot in there during the night.
Bed is rather small and the couch is not usable for sleeping.
Hosts don't speak any English. They probably use Google translate in writing, but it's impossible to exchange a word there, although they live in the same building. It shouldn't be necessary anyway since everything is automated (you receive a link with instructions on how to open gate and access the apartment with a code, which is great). But we had a few troubles finding the parking, entrance and the apartment, and it was crazy hard to get help from them.
There's a 2E/tourist city tax which you are instructed to leave cash in the apartment upon checkout. We simply forgot about it, since we checked in rather late and left really early in the morning. They kept writing about it afterwards, so I ended up paying it via bank transfer. It was their right which I cannot argue (I paid it instantly once they offered this solution), I'm just saying they could have went over it, especially since I think they pretty much know the value for money they are offering is not great.
I spent alot of time thinking wether I should write this review or let it go, but the moment we booked the rating for this property was 10 (out of 3 reviews, which I suspect they are not real anyway).
