Amazing location!

Location was AMAZING! Right by the sea. It was really relaxing. In May beach was totally empty which was perfect. Amazing views and sound of the sea. Highly recommend for people who value location as priority. Nice hosts.

Unfortunately whole building and apartment itself was really old. I think pictures in the profile were taken many years ago. Nothing really worked: coffe machine, washing machine, gate was broken and we ended up parking outside which was totally ok. paint was coming off the walls in living room. It was not very clean- we did not use 3rd bedroom but still it was not cleaned after previous guests. Even the sponge to wash dishes was left dump and used so we had to buy it ourselves. We only stayed 2 nigths which was OK but longer stay would be problematic.

no Air conditioning, no pool,. when you open the windows to let fresh air in, there are no screens on the windows so flys, bugs and mesquitos come in. the place is in the middle of a ghostl town. it is a mostly abandoned.town. no one around. no shopping or dining to walk to or within a short driving distance.

At night it was very hot, there were ventilators ín each room, but aircondition I think would better ( especially ín hot Summer Time) The kitchen has basic equipment, maybe one more knife, wich has good edge is missing ;)

Super clear instructions, owners have been extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is comfy and beautiful. Modern, new, amazing facilities. Every single breakfast in the sunny balcony with the sea sound has been amazing.

Great flat :) Everything you need!

We loved the view and the flat is very comfortable and clean. We stayed there in the springtime and I worried it might be a bit cold, but it had heating and was super cozy. I loved that. There was a rain shower and the beds were comfy. There was a tv with Netflix for relaxing in the evening, Loads of space and pretty much everything you need. There is also a playground right next to the building which is great if you're traveling with kids. The owners are super sweet and they care a lot about the guests' well-being. Only half an hour from Valencia and the beach and views are awesome.

Nefasto

La calefacción que hay en todas las habitaciones y obviamente la ubicación que está a primera línea de playa. Nada más que eso

El edificio es antiguo, son de los primeros que se construyeron en esa zona de playa, pero eso no quiere decir que no estuviera limpio y reluciente. Es de vergüenza la suciedad que había. Por supuesto me tocó nada más llegar con lejía limpiarlo todo, y más aún con un niño pequeño. Una auténtica vergüenza. Tanto la ducha del baño como el inodoro SUCIOS. Y es algo que en cuanto llegamos se lo dije a la propietaria. Se disculpó sin más. Lo que no es normal es que me gaste más de 300€ el fin de semana y no haya ni iluminación de techo en el baño, mampara suelta que seguramente tendría más mierda que cuando la instaló. Horno y nevera sucios… led del pasillo sin funcionar y tiras de luces de salón sueltas… Por supuesto paredes negras…. El mando que nos dejaron para el garaje la pila oxidada y puerta del garaje rota sin cerradura, complicado para subirla. Entra agua dentro del garaje, tuvimos que sacar el coche… Es el pueblo donde viven mis abuelos y jamás repetiré la estancia en esa vivienda.

Primera línea de playa.

La ubicación, en primera linea de playa. El apartamento tenia todo lo necesario, toallas, sabanas… productos de limpieza, menaje… Playa tranquila y con parques cercas. En la fecha que hemos ido, se aparca en la misma calle.

Se queda algo pequeño si van muchas personas, íbamos 6 adultos y 4 niños y 2 de las 3 habitaciones están muy bien para familias, pero al que le toque el de la cama nido… Echamos en falta una cafetera más grande, solo era para 2 cafés cada vez, y había que hacer varias.

La ubicación en primera linea de playa es una maravilla. Las camas son cómodas. La piscina está genial, con piscina infantil y grande.

Dependiendo de la época puede hacer mucho calor, un aire acondicionado le vendría bien. Llevábamos un coche grande y no entraba de largo en el parking, tuvimos que dejar la puerta abierta.

Las sábanas no estaba muy limpias,había mucha humedad,se notaba que hacía mucho tiempo que estaba cerrado el apartamento, y lo peor era una tercera sin ascensor,previamente pregunté por el chat y me dijeron que habían rampas,llevaba a mi madre recién operada de rodilla,fue lo peor,me sentí muy engañada de haberlo sabido hubiera elegido otro apartamento.

Zeer teleurstellend

Het appartement had zeezicht. Bedden waren goed.

Zeezicht ….als je vooruit keek. Maar alles daar omheen, de omgeving was vooral rommelig en troosteloos. Niets te doen en alleen maar sobere flats en hoogbouw. De schoonmaak ligt te wensen over. Haren van zeker meer dan een aantal maanden in de badafvoer waardoor de hele badkamer onder water liep. De eigenaar heeft dit wel opgelost. Een Bed was niet verschoond waar toen ik het kussen omdraaide ik een bloedvlek van de vorige huurder aantrof. Het appartement naast ons was een renovatie gaande wat betekende dat om 8 uur in de ochtend daar renovatie werkzaamheden plaatsvonden. De eigenaar kwam met een keurige en goede oplossing om ons ( zoals hij zei als vanzelfsprekend) een gedeelte van de kosten te vergoeden. Echter eenmaal thuis gaf deze eigenaar echter op geen enkele manier nog gehoor, toen ik hem vroeg hoe en wanneer hij deze tegemoetkoming ging overmaken.
