Apartment is in a very nice and accessible location. There is parking available in the building courtyard that is used by the building residents only. There is a convenience store right across the street so grocery shopping is very convenient. There is also a bakery in the vicinity for breakfast danishes and few restaurants in the near vicinity. Apartment has all amenities needed for a pleasant stay and it is well maintained and clean. A nice bonus is a comfortable balcony with sea view for enjoying the morning coffee or evening drink. Downtown and the old city is within walking distance if you don’t want to bother driving.

Il y a parking gratuit et privé.
L'appartement est décoré avec goût. Il est bien équipé.
Bien localisé : supermarché, car wash et station essence à proximité.
Il est à environ 10 minutes en voiture de la vieille ville et moins de 20 minutes de Nin (rare plage de sable).
Lit très inconfortable si vous êtes deux.
Les voisins sont bruyants (parlent fort dans les communs, bruit de pas jusque tard, travaux dès 8h du matin).
Cheveux dans le frigo.
Toilettes pas très propres malgré le ruban d'hygiène.

Nos encantó el departamento, es chico pero súper cómodo para 2 personas, tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar, muchos utensillos, todo nuevo. podés lavar la ropa.
Fabio fue muy amable y contestó todas las dudas. Y nos dejó soda, cerveza, café, te..
La zona es tranquila, tiene un súper cruzando la calle, y varios restaurantes. La playa( Borik) queda cerquita y podés ver el atardecer . El centro histórico queda a unos 3 km pero lo hicimos caminando para ir conociendo.

Que estuviera limpio y bien equipado
Que la chica del piso nos dijera que a las 10:00 es el check out y justo a las 10:00 estuviera en la puerta pegando el timbre aunque lo entiendo
