The third floor flat was in an excellent location. With a two minute walk to the squares and restaurants of the old town. We were right in the middle of the action. It was clean and tidy and well appointed. It had everything we needed and good value for money. Alexis communicated very well and gave great info about local eateries and places of interest.

The square European pillows were very uncomfortable to sleep on, an alternative would have been appreciated.

A lovely apartment to which I would be happy to revisit.

The apartment was clean, spacious and well appointed. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils. The bed was very comfortable. Nice views of the Basilica.

The front door to the block was an eye-opener for the wrong reasons. Spray paint is never a good look.

The blackout shades in the bedroom were a fantastic surprise! Also AC in the living room AND the bedroom!!!!! Everything was clean, the apartment had everything we could have ever wanted and more!

Je déconseille ce logement

Voici mon avis sur ce logement que nous avons réservé pour ma famille de 4 (Dont 2 enfants en bas âge) Le logement est spacieux, et très bien situé au cœur de la ville de Tours, ce qui est très pratique pour tout faire à pieds.

Cependant il y a eu plusieurs points de déceptions à notre arrivée : - TV cassée (le proprio nous avait prévenu donc OK pas grave) - Machine à café cassée, et pas de café pour le premier matin... : le proprio est allé nous chercher une nouvelle cafetière donc bon OK ça passe encore... - Mais alors côté ménage a revoir : lavabo et salle de bain encore sale, Vaisselle encore sale dans le placard on a du relaver. - pas de draps mit à disposition pour le clic clac, au final ils étaient rangés dans un tiroir de la cuisine !!? - Nous avions 2 serviettes pour 4 personnes. - 1 rouleau de papier toilette pour 3 jours. - Logement très bruyant, nous entendons tout ce qu'il se passe dans la ville. Le gestionnaire nous a proposé un dédommagement de 50 euros, à ce jour je n'ai toujours rien reçu. Donc je déconseille cette location désolée.

Formidable estancia en Tours

El apartamento es una buhardilla que esta en el mísmisimo centro de Tours. Tiene una pequeña cocina, nevera, lavadora, aire acodicionado (lo cual no es común en apartamentos en Francia) y bastantes utensilios de cocina. Estaba bastante limpio y es una zona tranquila. El anfitrion no estuvo presente en la llegada pero estuvo pendiente de nosotros mediante mensajes y whatsapp. No tuvimos problemas para recoger las llaves

Es un tercero sin ascensor pero como hay algunas escaleras para llegar al bajo es algo más que un tercero. En las immediaciones no hay posibilidad de aparcar sin pagar. Hubiera preferido que alguien estuviera para entregarnos las llaves el dia de la llegada

Muy cómodo Depto, instalaciones de lo mejor y climatizado, con una buena ubicación de lugares de entretenimiento.

Sugiero mejorar detalles, no había secador de pelo, no hay papel de cocina, no había útiles de aseo en baño y cocina. Contáctanos al anfitrión y nos llevo lavaloza y papel higiénico, eso fue bueno
