The 3 flights of stairs made it difficult to carry our bags. Yet it is an older building.

Déjà, il est très facile de communiquer avec le propriétaire qui est arrangeant et très réactif. Ensuite, l'appartement est bien mignon, bien équipé, idéalement situé dans une rue pitonne, zéro problème pour se garer à proximité directe. On le recommande sans réserve.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la localisation ( plein centre ville ) et le calme absolu de cet appartement et nous avons beaucoup aimé le coté cosy de l'appartement.

il y a un très bel escalier pour accéder à la chambre mais un peu raide pour les genoux. Cela mériterait d’être signalé et vu sur une photo. La salle de bain est situé derrière la cuisine , il faut donc descendre l'escalier de la chambre pour accéder à la salle de bain

Séjour sympathique à Valenciennes !

Appartement très moderne et bien décoré de l’entrée jusqu’à la salle de bain. Température réglable et grand lit. Velux connecté (petit plus !). Logement au cœur du centre-ville pratique pour le visiter à pied. Nous avons trouvé le logement propre et sans odeurs désagréable, c’était parfait !

Manque de parking, pas de parking gratuit à proximité car ce logement est dans une rue piétonne. Appartement au deuxième étage un peu difficile d’accès quand on est chargés car l’escalier est mince. Matelas un peu trop ferme (à notre goût).

Tip top Le guide pdf est super bien fait, le logement est décoré avec goût, propre et tous le necessaire indispensable etait présent (café, de quoi nettoyer, serviettes....). Serviettes et draps de lit qui sentent bon le propre. La récupération dès clés nickel.

Petit bémol concernant le fait que le logement se trouve au 2e etages sans ascenseur (mais pas surprise car noté dans le descriptif) et les poubelles sont a jeté dans des conteneurs aux extrémités de la rue où se trouve l'appartement. Bien que cela ne se situe pas bien loin, quand on est seule avec des valises et pris par le temps pour prendre les transports en commun c'est légèrement stressant. Autrement rien a dire 😊

The apartment is located in the center, yet quiet and peaceful. Spacious apartment, with lots of space and everything you need, towels, dishes, plates, etc. The best thing is the fireplace, of course it makes it cozy, as well as the window in the skylight, so you can see the sky from the bed. The view from the kitchen is also nice. The internet is fast. All shops are nearby and there is also a bakery open on Sundays with fresh baguettes. Check-in was easy and fast. I arrived late, so it was a big help that I could check in myself. The owner is very helpful, he answered all my questions, even about a museum. Very nice and helpful (=French). I really enjoyed my time there. If you are looking for the best stay in Valenciennes, you found it.

L'appartement est situé en plein centre, tout en étant calme et paisible. Spacieux, il offre tout le nécessaire : serviettes, vaisselle, assiettes, etc. Le plus : la cheminée, qui rend l'endroit chaleureux, ainsi que la fenêtre de toit qui permet d'admirer le ciel depuis le lit. La vue depuis la cuisine est également agréable. Internet est rapide. Tous les commerces sont à proximité et une boulangerie est ouverte le dimanche et propose des baguettes fraîches. L'enregistrement a été simple et rapide. Je suis arrivé tard, donc le fait de pouvoir m'enregistrer moi-même a été un grand avantage. Le propriétaire est très serviable et a répondu à toutes mes questions, même sur un musée. Très gentil et serviable (=français). J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour. Si vous cherchez le meilleur séjour à Valenciennes, vous l'avez trouvé.

Toegang tot studio, traphal en trap niet verlicht, niet onderhouden oud en vuil. Studio heeft dringend wat aandacht nodig om enkele zaken te herstellen (Badkamer -> vochtproblemen)
