Appartement à Santa Maria, quartier pittoresque de Funchal, proche du téléphérique, proche du centre ville. On a tout fait à pied sauf pris le bus pour aller au parc botanique. Appartement très propre, très bien agencé et très bien placé. Je le conseille vivement.

Für unseren knapp eine Woche langen Aufenthalt war die Wohnung perfekt! Ziemlich neues, sehr ruhiges Haus, Fahrstuhl, abgeschlossener Parkplatz, schöner Balkon, voll ausgestattetes, sehr sauberes Apartment. Doch besonders haben wir die Nähe zur Marina, zur Markthalle und zu diversen Restaurants geschätzt. Alles kann man zu Fuß gut erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Der Blick über die Stadt und den Hafen sind wunderschön. Parkplatz ist im Innenhof vorhanden. Hafen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie das Stadtzentrum sind fußläufig erreichbar.

The flat was good, comfortable bed, good kitchen equipment. Free Wifi always worked fine. A great sea view from the balcony. The private parking place was easily to access. The location was great. It is located in a calm area with little traffic, but the main restaurants street is located in just 10 minutes walking distance. In 10 minutes you can walk to the bus stop to airport, a very good Pingo Doce supermarket and Funchal Cable Car. Washing machine was useful.
Hot water is from the boiler. Was not a problem for us, just something you need to keep in mind when taking shower.
