Gute Lage mit schöner Sicht. Aber:
Die Wohnung wurde uns mit 100 m² vermietet, hat aber nur ca. 55 m². Bis in die Nacht hinein ist es häufig sehr laut. Insbesondere durch den Straßenverkehr, den Fußballplatz und diverse Hunde. Die Fenster sind alle sehr einfach und schließen nicht gut. Das Schlafzimmerfenster ist zudem alt und kaputt (Foto). Einige Einrichtungsgegenstände sollten erneuert werden.

Bel appartement vaste avec une belle vue sur la mer, assez proche du centre ville qui est accessible à pied. L’équipement de la cuisine est très complet. L’appartement dispose d’un emplacement de parking dans la cour arrière de l’immeuble, cela est très appréciable car le stationnement des voitures est difficile à Funchal .
L’environnement de l’immeuble est assez bruyant : chien qui aboie souvent et terrain de football proche utilisé fort tard chaque soir
