Very bright, quiet, with swimming pool, this apartment, completely redecorated at the end of 2016 by the owner, decorator and painter, offers a magnificent view of the sea, the bay and the port of Funchal.
You will be seduced by its charm and its location, 2 steps from the old town and its famous market, and 10 minutes walk from the cathedral and the seaside.
Very well equipped and very practical, the apartment is ideal for spending a very pleasant holiday and discovering the island of Madeira.

This was a perfect location for us - close enough to the shops and the seafront but also tucked away and peaceful. We wanted somewhere we could manage without a hire car, and it was easy as pie. So glad we chose to stay here. The apartment was very well equipped, homely and comfortable to relax in. It was lovely to sit on the balcony and take in the view, and the pool was much bigger than expected - it was excellent. The complex felt calm and well maintained, with a mixture of tourists and residents.The only minor issue was the noisy lift, which can disturb any light sleepers using the twin bedroom. Of my two teenagers, one didn’t notice it, the other found it quite disruptive.Madeira was thoroughly beautiful - and if we come again we would not hesitate to stay in this apartment.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The apartment had everything we needed. It's in a good location, walkable to shops and restaurants. We loved sitting out on the balcony with its beautiful view.

Property is looking a little tired, needs a bit of decorating, soft furnishing needs to be replaced. Double bed was uncomfortable, very firm and springs could be felt through the mattress - my wife could not sleep and had to move to the second bedroom. Overall the apartment was spacious and comfortable. Pool was nice, but let down by torn and damaged sun loungers and a dirty and damaged base to the shower. Location was good (hill a challenge), centre of Funchal close by and decent views.
