Location , private parking , well equipped kitchen, and amazing views.
Villas needs a lot of updating, outdoor furniture very old . The balcony rail is unstable, not safe . No working bulbs in lamps or over bathroom sinks, we replaced the batteries in remote control for automated window blinds ourselves.The large picture windows upstairs have huge crackes in them that need replacing. Overall, the layout of the house doesn't work, the living area is in the basement, and the sleeping area is upstairs with all the views. better to flip the layout and enjoy the amazing view of the ocean.

Die Lage ist optimal, wenn man in Gehdistanz des Strandes sein will.
Das verrostete und nicht fahrbare Fahrrad steht immer noch dort. Einen Sonnenschirm und/oder eine Möglichkeit für eine Beschattung auf der oberen Terrasse wäre super!

Einfach ein Ort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. In nur 3 Minuten hat man die Füsse im Sand des wunderschönen Strandes. Der Sonnenaufgang über der La Charca de Maspalomas ist wunderschön. Restaurants sind ebenfalls in 3-5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Kleiner Supermarket, um das Nötigste einzukaufen ist direkt gegenüber. Kommunikation für das Check-In hat per Mail und/oder WhatsApp perfekt funktioniert.
Der gebrochene Holzstuhl auf der oberen Terrasse könnte ersetzt oder entsorgt werden. Das zur Verfügung gestellte Fahrrad ist nicht fahrtüchtig und könnte ebenfalls entsorgt werden.
