This spectacular townhouse with a jacuzzi is set on the front line of the Oasis Natural de La Charca de Maspalomas, offering direct access and sea views, next to the stunning dunes of the Maspalomas nature reserve. Perfect for gathering family and friends, you will enjoy a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms. The property accommodates up to 10 guests. Additional amenities include air conditioning, WiFi suitable for video calls, and satellite TV.

The ideal location means you are just a 1-minute walk from the famous Maspalomas beach (100 m). Cafés, restaurants, and bars are 1–4 minutes away on foot (100–300 m), and the supermarket is a 10-minute walk (750 m). Gran Canaria Airport is a 28-minute drive (35 km).
Pets are not allowed. Parking is available in a garage. Parties are not permitted; the host only accepts bookings from guests over 25 years old. Bed linens are included. A cot and high chair are provided.

Our family was visiting Grand Canaria and looking for a spot near the beach. This was within walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk. We really enjoyed the rooftop and the garage to park our car rental. Time restaurant a few doors down was great.

Pros: The location of the house was outstanding! There was also enough space for 8 people! The view from the roof terrace was breathtaking and simply beautiful! It was quiet at night and you could sleep well!
We received beach towels and the house has a washing machine and tumble dryer! We had a great stay!
Cons: The downstairs bathrooms were smelly from time to time, the house next door was being remodeled so we had construction noise. Too bad we were not informed of this! Luckily the work started after 8 so we could sleep in and after a day at the beach the workers were gone!
