Apartamento Maypa 2 Salitre

The apartments are very well located in a quiet area, which is perfect for a relaxing stay. This is one of the main advantages. We really appreciated the silence and the excellent, stable Wi-Fi, which was very important for us. Overall, the apartment has great potential and, with some improvements, could become very comfortable. I would recommend it, but with some reservations.

At the same time, we were surprised by the lack of comfort and attention to guests. The bathroom was not comfortable. The sink is very small and the faucet is poorly sized, making it almost impossible to wash your hands properly. Replacing it with a larger faucet would immediately solve the problem. The shower was another major issue: very weak water pressure, old plumbing, and a 30-liter boiler. This is extremely uncomfortable. The apartment can accommodate up to three people, but after the first person takes a shower, there is no hot water left. This is critical, especially considering that there is enough space to install a larger boiler. The mattress was also very uncomfortable. After the first night, my whole body was sore — you simply sink into the mattress and it provides no support at all. I even had to use ointment to relieve the pain. For a comfortable stay, the mattress definitely needs to be replaced. There was no basin to rinse small items like socks, and no washing machine. Only one towel was provided for an entire week, which is difficult to understand — it is unclear how guests are expected to use a single towel without replacement or washing. The sliding doors to the terrace are very heavy, difficult for a woman to open, and they squeak. They clearly need repair or regular maintenance. Regarding the kitchen: the cookware for frying and cooking is of good quality, but everything else feels inconsistent. One plate was chipped, the glasses were all different, and there is very little space for cutting and food preparation. With a small redesign, the kitchen could be much more practical and comfortable. There was no cleaning during the entire week of our stay. For such a length of stay, it would be reasonable to have at least one cleaning and a change of bed linen. In conclusion, the apartment surprised us with its lack of comfort despite its excellent location and quiet surroundings.

La ubicación, inmejorable

La posizione era perfetta, vicinissimo al lungomare di Meloneras. Host molto gentile e super reattiva per tutte le richieste. Avevamo anche un parcheggio interno per la nostra auto. Molto tranquillo, sia di giorno che di notte
