Wzorowy kontakt z właścicielem. Lokalizacja dobra, około 25 minut spacerem do latarni morskiej. Lokal stosunkowo duży, dwupoziomowy. Na plus na pewno również dwie toalety. Wyposażenie w kuchnię i pralkę ułatwia funkcjonowanie. Basen jest dodatkkowym atutem.
Mrówki w dużej ilości, brak piekarnika. Lokal dość zagracony, brak przestrzeni, żeby ułożyć własne rzeczy. Z dwoma walizkami (na 3 osoby) było niewygodnie.
