Villa El Oasis

Todo estaba impecable. La casa es muy amplia y cómoda, tenía de todo lo necesario para cocinar así como toallas e incluso gel, champú y cepillos de dientes. Un gran detalle. La ubicación es inmejorable. En el minimarket de enfrente hacen un café espectacular, tienen todo lo necesario para comprar y también hay un supermercado cerca abierto todos los días. Sin duda repetiríamos!

The villa was excellent. Spacious with excellent views. Good location. Good size rooms and all bedrooms had an on suite bathroom.

The communication with host was poor. None of our minor problems were resolved. There were 13 beds but only 11 duvets. 2 requests for extra were ignored. The showers were cold for two days then warmed up for the first few showers of the day. The hot tub was cold the whole holiday. This was the biggest disappointment as we couldn’t use it. We asked 4 times for it to be sorted. There was a sand storm for the first few days of the holiday. Sand blew into the villa. There was a broom but no dustpan or cleaning stuff. We swept sand into a corner and had to leave it there.
