-excellent location -spacious & light - having 2 bathrooms -friendly office staff allowing us to store our luggage and helped with taxi booking -friendly cleaner helped us with our bags up steep set of stairs
- very noisy from people walking by and local ongoing construction work in nearby houses which began by 7am - smelly washing patio. Some cockroaches Other patio was fine - not enough towels on arrival had to ask for more -no information booklet about the flat which would have been useful as we weren’t met

La ubicación. El apartamento era muy cómodo. Perfecto para 6 personas. Además nos dejaron salir más tarde del check-out.
El portal se debería reformar. Yo creo que por el precio, nos podían haber dejado un básico de aceite, azúcar, sal...Además solo nos dejaron un juego de llaves para los 6

Cerca del Teatro Falla aunque el nombre puede confundir pues en ningún caso piensen que la terraza da al teatro pues es un patio con falta de visión a ambos lados
El apartamento está descuidado, muebles estropeados por el desgaste y la baja calidad. Sofá en condiciones no salubres para recibir clientes y aspecto sucio. El bloque donde se encuentra el apartamento es viejo y con claras evidencias de falta de mantenimiento. Las fotos están lejos de la impresión real del apartamento
