Milá recepčná/manažérka všetko vysvetlila, poukazovala. Bohaté a chutné raňajky. Izby čistučké a kvalitný matrac. Blízko k centru takže sa netreba nikam presúvať autom. Škoda, že som welness nevyužil - nabudúce ;-)

Definitely give it an 11! Loved it here!!! Awesome host, great location, very comfortable with great price. Big fluffy pillows and cozy bed. Cost was very reasonable given the luxury accommodations. Host went out her way to welcome me then walk me train station so I could navigate and was so helpful in every way. Only a 5 min walk to the train station. Funicular close by to reach beautiful hiking trails. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. This overall experience was perfect 👌🏼

It is situated close to the Novy Smokovec train station, so day trips are easy to do. The area itself is beautiful, you can do many hikes just on foot from the place. It was well-equipped, and the breakfast was very delicious! The host was so kind and friendly, she gave me many advice on what to see in the Tatras.
