Comfortable mattress, cleanliness
The suite window (which was booked specifically for quiet) faces the parking lot, which often gets noisy at night. During breakfast, I was served a rotten egg. At the bar, the chicken in the Caesar salad was spoiled, with the distinct smell of turned meat. The salad was included in the bill. And there isn't enough parking for everyone, so you have to pay extra to park elsewhere.

Lives up to its name, a truly grand hotel but relaxed and welcoming

Lovely old hotel with new pool and spa area. Liked the bar in the pool and the different saunas.
Location great as very close to gondola for access to walks. Also close to restaurants although hotel bar also very good.
Great breakfast and wonderful views.
