Perfect for a girls trip!!!

We stayed here for a night while travelling for a concert. On arrival, the owner had the singer playing on the tv which I thought was thoughtful and a nice touch. The chalet was immaculate throughout. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows were so soft, we slept amazing. The coffee and tea selection were great, and were even given some complimentary sweet treats! They also had water in the fridge for us. The bathroom was super clean and had a selection of toiletries. The host was so kind and accommodating, they made us feel so comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay:)

Great and gracious hosts, plenty of complementary snacks, coffees etc. all cleaned to an excellent notice with a short notice of our arrival and great value for money. Beds could be a little larger but hardly much of a concern for anyone under 6ft6.

The minifridge compressor is a little loud but nothing that unplugging it couldn't fix.

Perfect host, area and place to stay!

The host was very good at getting back to me when I messaged. We were able to check in earlier than any hotels in the area. The location was perfect for our stay. The accommodation was spacious and extremely well presented.

Extremely unsanitary,very disappointed

Bugs in the bed. There was hair everywhere,every surface. When we went to look at the bathroom there was shaved hair in the sink and on the toilet.Not to our suprise,when we opened the toilet there was wee left in there,with more shaved bits of hair.When we asked for it to be cleaned they said nobody could do that,we also asked for a full refund as we couldn't sleep there while there were bugs and hair in the sheets and on the bed. When we were complaining after a while they stopped replying after we mentioned the problems we were having,they suggested that we could have a partial refund. And now it's saying that we "didn't show up" even though we did.

Exceptional

We travelled from Essex to Cardiff. Was contacted in the morning of our stay with how to access the property, everything was clean tidy. Very well presented and drinks in the fridge, hot drinks facilities and parking. Will definitely be returning! :-)

was great for what we needed. very tasteful decor close to city centre

very clean and tidy. good location to city centre, 9 mins in Uber. lovely touch being left some cold drinks and chocolates

the property very deceiving from the outside. it is a converted garage but done so very cleverly as once inside you could be anywhere. the decor is lovely and beds very comfortable. the only downside was no windows to open with such warm weather, the curtains could have fitted a little better.
