Apartamentul a fost curat ,cu peisaje foarte frumoase.Langa apartament se afla un restaurant cu mancare buna si un pub si spa-ul se afla tot la fel de aproape.Daca doresti sa mergi in centrul statiunii trebuie sa mergi neaparat cu masina deoarece este departe.
Pot sa zic ca nu mi-a placut ca la spa se plateste si nu se poate plati cu cardul ci doar cash…,iar langa apartament se afla un market dar este inchis .

The apartment is new and comfortable, with great view. I would rate apartment with high store, 9.
Off-season there are no amenuties and no people. There are still construction machimes on the site. There were just us and maybe few other people in Suncani breg housing development.

Апартман је, пре свега, простран.
Просторије су одговарајуће величине што омогућава већи ниво релаксације у односу на стандардне апартмане.
Кревет је изузетно удобан и у смештају се лепо спава. Са прозора и терасе се пружа леп поглед на околна шумовита брда.
Преко зиме је одлична локација јер је жичара јако близу.
Ако идете преко лета, апартман је смештен тако да пружа висок ниво изолације и ко то тражи, ово је прави апартман за вас.
Центар Копаоника је удаљен на пар минута колима, а може се и пешачити од смештаја до Панчићевог врха, и ако се за то одлучите, имаћете привилегију прелепих погледа на Сунчани брег и Косово и Метохију.

Superb view (at least for the moment, as another building is arising in front)!
Everything is new, probably among first tourists booking accommodation. Quite well equipped for short skiing vacation. Very close to skilift, but due to no snow, not possible to use it. Nevertheless, there is parking lot 1.5 km away, for which you pay 700 dinar/day and you go directly on slope 1.
Parking, market, spa, bar and ski rental all available and very close to building.
Owners very helpful with checking in after normal hours and provided very good indications how to reach apartment! Thank you!
Kitchen not very well equipped, but I guess everything is too new, so in time I am sure it will be improved (i.e. no garbage bags, no kitchen towel, no frying pan for eggs…small things). Bathroom shower gets cloaked too quick and water is not drain properly. Overall no big problems.
