Very friendly and helpful hosts and personnel. We also liked the in-house restaurant. Good value for money. Probably better than 90% of similar places in the area. Soundproofing done well. I would recommend this place for a couple with or without kids, or a group of friends.

Two families with different habits (bedtime, rising time) don't really function well in these kind of apartments. Only one bedroom has privacy (door). The other bedroom - with bunk beds - continues directly from the living room, it is without doors and windows and it's not really a separate bedroom. Maybe I missed this in the site photos.

Quiet location, excellent staff

Apartmant is located in the quiet part of Kopaonik, with great hiking trails. It was easy to find, road might be a problem during winter season, but easy accessable during summer. Internet was great, we had all we needed for our stay. It could be small for 4 adults, but for 2 person's is just right. Staff was really helpful and kind. They informed us about shops, hiking trails and there was a free parking too. Apartment was generally clean. There is a good restaurant in the object with good food. Portions are quite large, we shared it and it was more than enough.

No paper towels in the kitchen, but that is a small thing. Our bed linen was quite weared, with few small wholes on it. They were very clean, dough.
