Nice and large room. Good beds. Clean and comfortable apartment. Good value for money. Friendly Host who provided lots of info at the arrival.

Wifi did not have signal in the appartment and roaming was quite expensive for me Sometimes there was a horrible smell from the sewage in the bathroom . Owner suggested a temporary fix and I had to keep filling the drain with water There is a small number of parking places compared to the number of guests and you might need to find alterrnatives

Spa and wellness didn't work. Elevator, you cam go to 5th floor but you can't go down. Boiler button didn't work. Host changed me 15e more

Amazing couple weekend trip

The apartment is amazing and very clean, equipped with all the necessities. Also i highly recommend to try the spa and the pool which have amazing views while enjoying inside. The hosts were very polite and available all the time 😊

The apartment was spacious, clean and the host accommodated us even before the check in time. It is located in hotel Zoned so we could use the facilities of the hotel with payment. The breakfast was ok, everyday the same offer.

The apartment did not have a view, all the windows were facing walls.

No wifi coverage in the Apartment (very weak signal as the Apartment is on the 6th floor). Elevator shaft was going through apartment and makes noise every time elevator is in use. Wellness at the hotel is overpriced.

everything was great, clean, friendly staff, good food. spa and swimming pool facilities were also great. Ivana was extremely helpful with finding us another room to stay a few extra days . great place for families .

In general our staying was good but there are some things to improve there.

the aprartment has good size to fit a big group of people with 3 double bedrooms and big living area. It was quiet and have the windows on two sides which gives a great surraunding view on the area. Ivana helped us during the staying a lot and did a great job.

There are few things to be aware about: 1. The access to SPA area is not included into the price of the room and charged extra on the rate (25-35 euro per person per visit). Please count this price in if SPA facilities are important for you. 2. They are asking to send the deposit (30%) via a bank transfer outside of booking.com. Basically, it will be more difficult for booking.com to step in in case of any issues or disputes. My bank account was blocked on the attempt to transfer the money at the beginning and I had to call the security team to explain the situation. 3. the apartment has 3 double bedrooms and can easy fit six and more people. Booking search shows this apartment when groups of six is choosen but the host claims it is only allowed for 5 people. If your group is bigger than 5 they will ask you to pay extra on arrival so the price on booking may not be final. Confirm with the host in advance if needed. 4. The apartment has only one toilet/bathroom which could be not suitable for big number of people. At least it was a problem for us travelling with children. 5. The kitchen s quite small and doesn't have a microwave. It could be a good improvement to add one as helps to prepare meals a lot. 6. Overall cleaniness of the apartments could be better as lots of food waste was found on the arrival under the sofas. 7. It is two level apartment and the ladder to the second floor is very steep and might be dificult for eldery people. Please check if that works for you in advance.

It's practically in the basement so very poor mobile network reception, view from the windows is horrendous- at some service corridors, we didn't use the kitchen but it is a challenge for a four to sit at that table, there was no soap, we had to buy it, the apartment looks completely different than in the pictures

We would come again!

We had great 2-nights stay at Vip Apartments Kopaonik. The check-in and check-out as well as the communication with the staff was very smooth and efficient. The apartment was super comfortable, properly equipped and preciously quiet. Within the complex, there is a possibility of using the spa centre and the pool with additional charge (recommended). The location (circa 4km from the mountain centre) is also quite nice if you prefer hiking as we did. The surrounding is pleasant for light walks and a small supermarket is very close. We would come again!

It wasn't informationally clear that the apartments are actually within Zoned Hotel whose reception staff could be more helpful / hospitable.

NIce and warm, modern apartment.

Very nice apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Warm and spacious for 3 people. 4 adults would be a bit of squeeze. There is a reserved parking spot.

No ski lockers. Parking was a bit hard for a large car (5+ meter) to get in. Though most of the parking problem was due to really big snowfall the nigt we arrived.
