A great property with high fence for privacy and a decent-sized pool.
Landlady were prompt to receive us. Clean. Look exactly as in the pictures.
Big TV, high ceiling, Netflix all made for a good living room space.
The neighbourhood was quiet too.
We were charged about 800 THB for 2 nights worth of electricity which we felt was a little unfair.
The pool's fountain and jets couldn't be closed from the house - so we rang the landlady on our first night. We were told they had automatic timers and it would switch off by itself. However, throughout the night and the next day, they weren't switched off at all.
We hardly stayed in the house so we suspect the pool was the cause of the bulk of our electricity bill.

A very nice property, clean and well maintained. Landlady is very nice to communicate with and accommodated our requests perfectly…great service and nice communication! Totally recommend the place!

The location is peaceful and in midst of a residential (gated) community, and the pool within the villa is great (though not temperature controlled).
Cleanliness in the property was poor, with used tissues/ empty packs of chips lying around in drawers and cupboards. It seemed that the kitchen utensils were put back in the drawers without a wash. The overhead shower and hand shower panels had issue in most bathrooms.
