Great Stay with Excellent Service and a Comfortable Pool Villa Experience We had a great experience at this pool villa! The service was a highlight—the owner and the butler, Owen, were both very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The house itself is well-designed for groups, with five bedrooms each having its own private bathroom, which we really appreciated. Amenities were as expected: each guest received one towel for the stay, which is standard for most pool villas. The indoor pool was a big plus—it meant we could enjoy swimming regardless of the weather. The pool table was new and in great condition, and each room was equipped with an Internet-connected TV. The large Samsung TV in the living room made it easy to stream music or watch Netflix together. They also provided a karaoke setup with JBL speakers, though we didn’t get a chance to use it. The kitchen was reasonably equipped with dishes, bowls, and plenty of glasses—although oddly, there were no coffee cups. All major cooking appliances were available (microwave, rice cooker, electric kettle, etc.), but note that the villa only has Thai plug outlets. The rice cooker came with a China-style plug, but when we raised this issue, Owen quickly solved it by reimbursing us after we bought an adapter ourselves—very accommodating! Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We’d definitely consider coming back!

The villa is located in an area surrounded by other pool villas, and considering the price, the location is quite good. We were lucky not to have noisy neighbors, but there was some disturbance from a futsal court opposite the house, where players played until midnight—something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to noise.
