Nyugodt helyen de közel mindenhez . Hatalmas medencével . Régimődi hagyományos villa , családias légkörben . 3 naponta takarítanak , törölközőket cserélnek . 10 méterre a legközelebbi Bár és Étterem ( nagyon finom ételek , kellemes bár - kikell próbálni !!) Kérésre áthozzák a rendelt ételeket a villába . Cosy beachre el kell menni ! 10 perc taxival .
Pér doldog felújításra szorulna , de a közeljövőben felújítják .

Nice large 4 bed villa with a decent pool in easy reach of local restaurants and convenience stores. Has a pool table which we used a lot and a nice undercover outdoor seating area for family drinks. Also a large smart TV. The villa is great for a family since all rooms are double beds with 3 being en-suite and also a separate family bathroom. Les Amis high end restaurant is very close which we used on Xmas day.
There are no sunbeds or pool furniture available. The doors and windows really do not feel very secure - I was hesitant to leave any valuables inside. Location is ok but not on baht bus routes so you'll need grabs to get into town.

Excellent response time for minor issue.
Messaged the property about a small leak. Within 3 minutes received a message stating maintenance would take a look. Within 5 minutes maintenance was on site and the part was replaced within 10 minutes after that!!!!
