Luxury, Modern Barn Conversion

Spacious, well equipped and decorated, clean, easy parking, good value for a two-bedroom property.

Would have liked a better bathroom set-up; the water pressure was too low to quickly fill up the bath, and if the shower had been more powerful you couldn't have enjoyed it as there was no shower curtain. The decor was impressive, but I would have preferred more empty surface space to put our own things, and somewhere to hang wet towels and coats if we'd needed it.

Very well presented accommodation and excellent value for money

The only negative is the closeness of the country rd.

Door was open with key inside property as we had received a message from Ali, with instructions. Also, on leaving - left key as found & vacated in our own time. Fab location. We had things to do in wells- next- the sea, Walsingham, Titchwell. Roomy, homely barn conversion next to the main house. Off road parking spot. Good sized rooms & plenty of equipment if you'd wanted to cook. We were out long days & ate out. Fab fish & chips at French's in Wells one evening which we ate sitting at the quayside wall, & a good pub meal one evening in Brancaster. The pub was the Jolly sailor. Had to ring Ali once with a query, & she was easy to get hold of. Left us her mobile number.

Beautiful place, everything you could need

Unfortunately the lorrys and trucks kept us all awake. So all extremely tired before our long drive home.
