The breakfast was self catering provided by the host. Location ok as a base to other areas.
The bed was a bit soft. But thats personal taste. The bedlinen could do with an upgrade from flat pillows and nylon type duvet cover to either cotton or something not so static.

The food and drink provided was generous which we appreciated but only used what we needed I suppose some may have been greedy. We were grateful for the choices available.
The room was a little "boxed in" with a very restricted view. The route to a main road was a little difficult on relatively minor roads, we could have done with a satnav but not a serious problem.

Lovely ground floor property with off road parking, private entrance and patio garden. It has everything you need including kitchen with fridge and ice box, microwave and air fryer. A range of breakfast cereals were provided along with bread, butter, milk eggs and jams. Hair dryer also supplied and plug sockets also included usb points which was a nice touch. Loved the fact it was dog friendly and conveniently located near Holt and good access to Wells, Sheringham and Cromer.

The accommodation was close to a wedding we were attending. It is open planned with an archway separating the bedroom from the kitchen / dining area. There's a dining table with two chairs and two small arm chairs, one in the kitchen area and one in the bedroom. There are two bedsidetables and a small wardrobe with attached drawers. The bed is comfortable. The tv is wall hung in the corner of the bedroom area. The kitchen has a sink and microwave, cutlery, and crockery. Cereal, porridge, bread, milk, oj , butter, and jam. As mentioned in previous reviews, the en-suit shower room is compact. It's perfectly adequate, though. Towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and hand-wash are supplied. There's a private courtyard area with seating. Sharon, the host, was always friendly and responsive , with helpful messages and information.
Unfortunately, it could have been cleaner. As this is my occupation, I perhaps notice more than some. There were a few spiders and webs in corners. To me the bedside rugs appeared a bit grubby, skirtingboards and door frames were very dust, tv and picture frames were dusty. The floor around the kitchen bin was mucky. I think it could benefit from a deep clean and freshening up. The surrounding area is quite dark due to no street lights. As we arrived late, we had to use our mobile phones for light to find our way and access the key. A sensor light above the entrance would be helpful. We stayed during the heat wave. Though a tower fan is provided, there was a 10.5 tog duvet on the bed. It would have been nice if the courtyard area and seats had been cleaned up for arriving guests.
