Patogi vieta. Tai yra miesto centrinė dalis. Žydų kvartalas. Iki lankomų vietų galima nueiti pėsčiomis. Šalia autobusų, tramvajų, metro stotelės, taip pat dvi parduotuves Spar ir Tesco. Daug kavinių. Pats butas yra labai estetiškas, su istorija, jauku. Nors butas istoriniame name, butas pilnai šiuolaikiškai įrengtas. Yra bonusų nuo druskos, kavos iki šampūnų. Lovos patogios. Viskas švaru. Šeimininkų nematėm, bet akivaizdu, kad rūpinasi savo svečiais).

Die gute Lage, die Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit, der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, sehr gut zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit
Die Lautstärke der Gittertür zum Hofeingang, das könnte man verbessern, dann könnte man ruhiger schlafen

La ubicación es fantástica, en el barrio judio. Las camas muy comodas
