Lavender Apartment

Very clean and well-maintained apartment in a great location. The staff were courteous and very responsive. The air conditioning worked well. The neighborhood was quiet, and we had no complaints.

, which we found tricky to operate. We were told that swiping a finger across the keypad would reveal the numbers, but this did not work in practice. Additionally, the keypad made it easy to press the wrong digits when entering the code. After three failed attempts, the door locked us out and the system became blocked. We called the representative, who responded promptly and provided us with a backup code to regain access. As a result, entering the apartment each time felt like a small challenge and was somewhat stressful. Secondly, although the bedsheets smelled clean and appeared clean, we would suggest using white bedsheets, as they would provide greater visual assurance of cleanliness.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja (w pobliżu przystanki autobusowe i metro), czysto i przyjemnie urządzony apartament. Dla nas ogromne znaczenie miał również darmowy parking (miejsce na 6 piętrze), do którego wjeżdżało się po drugiej stronie ulicy (naprzeciwko bramy wejściowej). Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Szybko reagował na nasze zgłoszenia, bo mieliśmy problem z zamkiem. Ponadto gospodarz udostępnia praktyczny przewodnik.

Mały minus za niedoprecyzowanie w instrukcji jak odblokowywać zamek wejściowy. Mieliśmy z takim po raz pierwszy do czynienia i do tego przyjechaliśmy zmęczeni po długiej podróży. Po wielu próbach, gdy udało się wejść, baliśmy się wyjść i wrócić późno, gdy gospodarz byłby już niedostępny. La serrure intelligente pour accéder à l'appartement est assez capricieuse. L'appartement peut être très calme la nuit ou pas, en fonction des personnes logeant dans les locations adjacentes.

Din păcate, experiența noastră nu a fost una plăcută. Proprietarul nu ne-a răspuns la telefon pe toată durata sejurului, deși am sunat de zeci de ori. Am avut nevoie de ajutor din cauza unei probleme la check-in și a durat foarte mult timp până am reușit să ne descurcăm singuri.
