Everything was great. The staff were very friendly, helpful and always ready to assist us. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a very good and relaxing sleep. We were very satisfied with the accommodation.😊

We really liked the location of the place, it was close to supermarkets, restaurants, and tram and bus stops, making it very convenient. The room was spacious and perfect for the two of us.
The host was also very kind and even offered to let us use the washing machine, which was a huge plus since we stayed for seven days. We really appreciated that! 😊 The lobby and the room also smelled fresh and clean.
We did have a minor issue with the bathroom drainage, but the host was very responsive and fixed it right away. Overall, we had a great stay!
Initially, we went to the address provided, but there was no sign or label indicating "Claudia Apartment." We called the phone number posted outside, and someone told us we needed to go to a different street.
We also messaged the WhatsApp number listed on Booking.com, and the host replied and informed us that we were actually at the correct location and should go back to the original address.
Perhaps next time, it would be helpful to place a visible sign with the apartment's name outside. Additionally, the key boxes were not labeled, so we had a difficult time figuring out which one belonged to our booking.

Lovely little apartment, perfect for two people. We stayed for a weekend while attending the F1 Hungary GP. Came stocked with toiletries and tea/coffee. Plenty of appliances for cooking. In a great area as well, very close to a metro stop, many nice cafes and restaurants nearby, and within walking distance of almost everything! Claudia was also very helpful when checking in as I had some difficulty finding the apartment, she responded to my messages straight away and was so helpful.
Only thing is that it would be nice for the shower to be attached to the wall rather than having to hold the showerhead.
