El apartamento está según se describe moderno, cómodo y bastante nuevo, a excepción de que deberían tener una solución más rápida cuando tienes un problema. Se nos atascó el tapón del lavabo y sería conveniente que lo reparasen durante tu estancia, no solamente mandar un correo sin más.
El edificio pertenece a los edificios donde se encuentra el principal Ruin Bar, nuestro fallo fue no ver en Google Maps, pues no queríamos estar en todo el meollo de la fiesta. El mantenimiento del edificio deja mucho que desear
