Such a great time in Hamburg and everyone in the group loved the apartment!!

The view was amazing! Couldn’t ask for a more convenient place —to the harbor, the ferry, ferry access to the metro. The apartment very spacious! Restaurants nearby. Sunday fish market right outside the building!

Prepare yourself for a bit of a workout. It is 5 flights up with no lift. Fortunately our group was in good enough shape, but would be problematic for anyone with physical challenges.

All in all not to bad was a nice experience but wouldn’t do it again

The view was fantastic and the facilities were great

There was no mention in the add that there was no lift I had to carry 4 suitcases up and down 5 floors off stairs which was very exhausting and it doesn’t help if you got bad joints the other thing the add didn’t tell you that if your staying over the weekend there is a drinking hall right across from it that has music playing till late and at 5.30 onwards on a Sunday morning you got the screaming from the market that is on every Sunday morning till 11am

Δεν προσφέρεται καμία εναλλακτική λύση ή βοήθεια από τον οικοδεσπότη. Επιπλέον, στη σελίδα πληροφοριών του καταλύματος η έλλειψη ασανσέρ δεν αναφέρεται εμφανώς, ώστε να είναι ενήμερος ο επισκέπτης πριν την κράτηση. Πέρα από αυτό, οι οικοδεσπότες δεν έδειξαν καμία ευελιξία σχετικά με τις ώρες check-in και check-out. Παρόλο που χιόνιζε, έπρεπε να αποχωρήσουμε στις 10:00, ενώ συνήθως η πρακτική στα περισσότερα καταλύματα είναι το check-out να γίνεται στις 11:00. Τέλος, τα κουφώματα δεν ήταν καλά συντηρημένα, με αποτέλεσμα να περνάει κρύο στο διαμέρισμα και η διαμονή να μην είναι όσο άνετη θα έπρεπε.

Tolle Aussicht mit einigen Schieflage

Erstklassige Dachgeschosswohnung mit viel Platz und einer wirklich spektakulären Aussicht über Fischmarkt und Elbe – genau dafür bezahlt man hier, und das bekommt man auch. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, bequem und komfortabel, mit tollen Features und viel Freifläche. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die schöne Küche mit guten Einrichtungsgegenständen. Insgesamt ein sehr hochwertiger, beeindruckender Gesamteindruck. Nett war auch, dass wir eine Stunde später auschecken durften.

Der Aufstieg in den 5. Stock ohne Aufzug (rund 100 Stufen) war zwar angekündigt, verdient hier aber dennoch Erwähnung. Hinzu kommt ein ausgebautes Dachgeschoss mit vielen Dachschrägen – Kopfstoßen ist leider vorprogrammiert und mehrfach passiert. Das Badezimmer ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig: keinerlei Ablageflächen, die Heizung funktionierte nicht richtig, plubberte nur die ganze Zeit vor sich hin und die Dusche wurde erst nach sehr, sehr langer Zeit warm. Bei einem Preis von rund 2.200 € für drei Tage und vier Personen ist außerdem die sehr sehr knappe Grundausstattung (nur zwei angebrochene Klopapierrollen, zwei angezählte Spülmaschinetabs! ) sowie die nicht durchgehend gründliche Reinigung (Staub und Schmutz unter Möbeln) wirklich enttäuschend! ! Die Betten waren überdies steinhart und sehr unbequem. Für ein Wochenende mit tollem Ausblick lohnenswert – für längere Aufenthalte aufgrund der Einschränkungen nicht ideal.

Die Lage ist toll und das Apartment wirklich schön! Man kann sich sehr wohlfühlen!

Ich habe nichts zu beanstanden, möchte aber den Hinweis geben, das man beachten muss einige Treppen zu steigen um nach ganz oben in diese schöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick zu gelangen. Ohne Koffer ist das aber gut zu schaffen!

Schöne Altbauwohnung direkt bei der Fischauktionshalle am Hafen

Schöne Altbauwohnung im 5.Stock ohne Lift. Wunderbare Aussicht Richtung Hafen bis zur Elbphilharmonie. Gut ausgestatte Küche mit genügend Geschirr und Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine. Fragen wurden sehr rasch beantwortet.

Betten etwas hart. Es hat nur 1 Bad mit Dusche/Bad+WC und ein getrenntes WC. Es hat nicht 2 Badezimmer mit Dusche. Viele Dachschrägen, teilweise etwas mühsam für grosse Personen.

Grosse, helle Wohnung mit Sicht dirkt auf die Elbe

Die Fragen vor der Anreise wurden sofort per Mail beantwortet. Bis zu der Wohnung im 5. Stock sind es gut 100 Treppenstufen, also ein richtiges Fitness - Programm. Die Aussicht auf direkt auf die Elbe war wunderbar.

Die Anmeldung mit den Daten der Mitreisenden ist nicht ideal. leider kein PDF zum bearbeiten und unterzeichnen. leider kein Lift. Toilettenpapier knapp. Raumhöhe einzelner Zimmer nicht ideal.
