La llave es electrónica y me pasó dos veces que me quedé sin pila en el celular y tuve que parar a cargar el celular para poder llegar al apartamento

The location was great and the facilities in the apartment were fantastic. Truly didn’t have need for anything. The sofa was comfortable and the shower always had hot water. The bed was very comfortable also.
The glass floor leading to the cellar was freaky and not a nice thing to see immediately upon entering. The place was freezing cold and despite having the aircon turned up fully and on heating mode, it was still too cold to sit comfortably. The app which is used to open and lock the door was an unexpected surprise. Standing at the door and being expected to download that was not a great welcome and always having to make sure my phone was charged so I could get in was also not a pressure I needed on holiday.

emplazamiento muy centrico
la TV no funcionaba
la lavadora inundo el suelo del piso inferior
las cortinas de la entrada caen en pedazos y dejan polvo por todos lados
la escalera para subir al piso superior es super empinada
faltaba algo de limpieza
...
y por mas que les reclamamos por telefono, por correo, por mensajeria ... resulto imposible conseguir que nos pasaran una factura por la estancia
