Lovely apartment that has everything you need

The location was good for the place I needed to get to and the apartment had everything you needed and was lovely. Nicola and her team were very good in all aspects.

Nothing really apart from would have been nice for the Bistro to be open longer in the evening.

Cozy hideaway

Perfect little hideaway.

It was a little annoying with the road noise while we were there, 'cause we had to keep the windows open on those hot summer nights. Previously unnecessary. Friendly atmosphere

A very comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Lovely apartment with excellent facilities and a very comfortable bed. The kitchen looked very well-equipped, although we didn’t cook.

Nothing we didn’t like, but it would have been nice to have a coffee table to put drinks on and a seat near the bedroom windowsill for doing hair and makeup.

The apartment is comfortable and inviting, featuring a well-equipped and spacious kitchen. The staff are friendly and willing to assist.

Amazing!

What a beautiful quirky apartment decorated and furnished to a high standard. The friendly owner has an excellent eye detail. Everything has been thought of to ensure guests have all home comforts. The added bonus is the popular bistro below, which we recommend you use as food is excellent and staff are friendly. We visit Leeds regularly, so this will always be our first choice as it's in a perfect location to visit Leeds and the surrounding area.

Exceed expectations and kept doing so the longer I stayed.

The Staff were amazing, felt welcomed from the moment I met them. The room is stunning and spacious. The area is super quiet Also the food downstairs is great and brilliantly priced. If you are looking for a place to chill or somewhere to come back to that just feels welcoming and clean. Definitely think of staying here.

Lovely spacious apartment, very well equipped. Nikki was very welcoming and helpful. The bistro downstairs is open 7 days serving delicious food and is very dog friendly

The only minor issue for us was that the slatted blind in the bedroom didn’t block out the light from the street light outside the window so we didn’t sleep as well as we would have otherwise

Beautiful and welcoming home from home!

If I could give The Beulah more than 10, I would! I arrived after a long drive (from Spain!) and it was like a home from home. Nicola was very welcoming to both me and my dog. The apartment is stunning- beautifully and stylishly decorated, well equipped and very comfortable. I had the best breakfast I have had in some time in the pub downstairs! The location is far enough from the city centre for peace and quiet, nice walks and stunning views of the city but close enough for me to get to an event in Millenium square quickly and easily. Thank you so much to Nicola and staff- Naya and I will be looking for any excuse to come back!

A beautiful, specious apartment that you won’t want to leave!

A beautiful, spacious apartment with absolutely everything you could possibly want. Clean, well presented and the staff were really helpful at check-in. Good communication beforehand, even offering an early check-in, which was very much appreciated.

Absolutely nothing! Apart from the fact that I had to leave! The only slight gripe is that I was asked to check-out at 10:30am when booking.com said 11am. Not huge and certainly not worth complaining about but maybe look at the check/out times matching so there is no confusion.

Beautiful Stay

Lovely place very spacious, beds and bedding very comfortable. Very relaxing and quite and alot of thought gone into making it a pleasant stay. Thank you!

Slight damp smell, but nothing open windows couldnt fix and sofas could do with a clean only where bits have gathered in the buttons. Other than that we had a really lovely stay and I would highly recommend!

A brilliant space to relax in the countryside

A flawless renovation of the upstairs of a pub into a brilliant 3 bedroom apartment. Brilliant decor, rooms, kitchen and bathroom all done to an excellent standard. Helpful and attentive staff too!

Like to give a bad review to keep it available when needed, But can not! Excellent!

A large apartment with space in every room to relax. The kitchen is well equipped, has fridge freezer for longer stays, you can cook a good meal for you selves, the restaurant below is also worth a visit if you don't want to cook, with a modern bath room as well. The apartment is well located for West Yorkshire, Leeds ring road is less than 5min drive away where you can get to Bradford and be hound. Pudsey, local town is again only mins away, Ideal for our stay. There is lots of parking onsite does get busy during day. Will look to stay here again when visiting West Yorks.

Not a dislike but a suggestion a dinning table would be a nice addition.

So surprised at the size of the property. All huge rooms with everything that you could possibly need. No problems getting the keys. Restaurant down stairs which was welcoming and great food.
