The hosts pretended as if they never got their deposit into the bank. I still never got it back up until now. So disappointing!!. Left the house clean and even woke up early to tidy and empty the bins etc. But then when it came to getting my deposit back it was just stories after stories. I contacted them back and forth for over a month and kept saying they would return the money but they never did. Don't stay at this place they are absolutely thieves and its disgusting that they would steal peoples money like that.

Otley run stay over

Will 100% be returning on my next visit to Leeds to complete the otley run again, a great accommodation to stay with your mates of your doing a pub crawl, great facilites

Not much not to like other than having to share a bed with one of my best mates, but it wasn't the first and certainly won't be the last.

Pleasant

The stay itself was great, the beds were comfy. The bungalow itself is very spacious, the LED lights really set the scene. The actual bungalow couldn’t be faulted.

The communication between myself and the host was disgusting. I had to chase them for all the information and the only way I managed to do that was because my friend had their number previously otherwise I wouldn’t have known. 40 minutes before check in they still hadn’t told me the code or where the key would be so I again had to contact them myself. When I contacted them they wanted my ID which was fine but as soon as I sent that they asked what my purpose for staying was. Why would you be asking these questions 40 minutes before check in? They then tried to cancel 20 minutes before just because one extra person wanted to get changed in the bungalow before our night out. After resolving that problem they then asked to see all the IDs for the other guests. When speaking to my friend who previously booked here they didn’t request this from her and I’ve never heard that from any other hotel or apartment host either. They were taking so long to reply it had now gone over our check in time which was 3pm and was now around 4:30pm, I then had to keep ringing the host who told me he sent me a code which he didn’t. When one of the other guests rang he told her “get your facts right before you start calling my phone because I have sent the code” which he didn’t, he sent it 2 seconds after he had put the phone down. So we ended up not checking in until 5pm. When asking for my deposit back they were more interested in me writing a review. The bungalow is a lovely place to stay I couldn’t fault that, but the customer service is disgusting.

Location. Near a bus stop. Shops around (Aldi, BP garage, local amenity shops all within walking distance. Space was good. Parking was excellent. Security was good

Maintenance but owner listened to our report & said he would rectify things. Outside light near bedroom couldn't be turned off
