Ivan was the most wonderful host and made check in very easy. Gave all the recommendations you could want across a range of things and even left snacks and water in the apartment to have. The apartment itself is lovely and spacious and comes with a balcony to have breakfast or a glass of wine at night on. Outside the centre of Florence so you get a much more laid back vibe and still plenty of options to get into the centre.

That we didn't stay longer.

Perfect stay in Florence!

Everything is just perfect! Ivan is THE BEST HOST I’ve ever met in my whole travelling history. He showed up welcoming us and explaining everything about his wonderful heavenly apartment. The place is so well equipped, spotless clean and tastefully decorated that we felt so at home and extend our stay. We wish we could stay longer in this gem in Florence.

Our stay in Florence was absolutely perfect. The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and in an excellent location — even better than we expected! Ivan was an amazing host: extremely welcoming, kind, and attentive. He went above and beyond to make our stay special, sending us great local recommendations for restaurants, activities, and hidden gems around the city. Everything was seamless from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Our stay in Florence was truly unforgettable! From the very beginning, the host made us feel incredibly welcome — he personally greeted us, handed us the keys, and took the time to explain everything we needed to know. Organizing our check-in and check-out times was simple and flexible, which made everything even more relaxed and stress-free. The host went above and beyond, providing us with detailed information about how to reach the apartment, nearby bus stops, and useful local tips. He also shared wonderful recommendations for must-see attractions and the best spots to enjoy authentic Italian food. Thanks to his advice, we discovered places and experiences we might have otherwise missed! The apartment was in a perfect location — just a few minutes from a bus stop, making it super easy to explore Florence and the surrounding areas. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully prepared. To our delight, we found a variety of traditional Italian snacks, fresh fruits, and a fridge fully stocked with water, juices, and even a bottle of champagne — such a thoughtful and generous touch that made us feel truly special. We are so grateful for the kindness and care we received throughout our stay. It was one of the best travel experiences we've ever had. We would absolutely love to return one day and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Florence with all our hearts!

Clean, close, very convenient - with best host ever!

Basically everything. From the owner - he was really a big help for us - waited for us with keys, explained how to get around, where to get bus tickets, shops, gave us advice on restaurants... We travelled a lot, but this was the best host we ever had.

That we could not stay longer! We will definitely return to this host.

Lovely apartment of the 3rd floor, near the historical center

The apartment is very nice. Ivan, the owner, greeted us and gave us the tour, since he is an architect and he is the one who remodeled this apartment he was able to describe beautifully everything about the building and the apartment. The apartment itself is on the 3rd floor of a very old building (no elevator), it is possible to park on the street on the blue zones, but beware that it is not cheap at about 25 Euros per day. The apartment is spacious and very clean and nicely decorated. It has a small balcony with a nice little table where we had breakfast everyday. Ivan left for us complimentary water and a few other things in the fridge. The apartment is 30 min away walking from the historical center, or there is a bus that you can take right at the corner (get your tickets in advance). All and all, we would 100% choose this place again as it is lovely and near to the historical center.

Nice apartment but needs lift

Super nice, well designed - the most modern apartment I have ever found during my entire Euro Trip. All the things were just more than nicer.

There is no lift. It took me lot of struggle to take all my luggage to 3 Rd floor.

Even better than the photos. Immaculate and modern. Has everything you need and lots of space. We wished we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend as a base for Florence.

Cozy quiet apartment

location is in the quiet area, a few bus stops from the main train station, easy to find. Apartment is clean, has all needed amenities, bed is comfortable. Very nice host. There is coffee machine, juice and some crackers for breakfast.

no elevator, apartment is on the 3rd floor (starting from ground floor), some people might have difficulties to get up there, especially if heavy luggage.

An excellent stay in beautiful place

The apartament is fully renovated and beautifully furnished. It has everything you need (hairdrayer, fully equipped kitchen etc.). The owner even left welcoming drinks and something for breakfast. It's a bit far from the old city centre (40 min walk) but the neighbourhood is quiet.

The apartament is on the last floor with no elevator. Not recommended for someone with disabilities.

M-am simțit ca acasa, autobuzul17 luat de la gara te lasă lângă locație, cam 150 m, foarte curat, multe "atentii" pt micul dejun. Gazda foarte prietenoasa, ne-a dat sfaturi pt ce sa vizitam. Recomand cu drag cazarea!

Il miglior soggiorno da quando uso booking

In assoluto il nostro miglio soggiorno prenotato con booking. La gentilezza e la disponibilità di Ivan, il proprietario, sono state eccezionali. All'arrivo ci ha atteso all'appartamento e ci ha spiegato tutto sulla città e luoghi di interesse. Sebbene io conoscessi un po' Firenze, è riuscito a farmi scoprire cose nuove. L'appartamento ha tutti i comfort ed è in ottima posizione: a circa 2,5km dal centro storico ma facilmente raggiungibile in autobus (circa 10/15'). Assolutamente consigliato!

Una piccolissima pecca è il piano (3° senza ascensore). Ivan ci ha detto che c'è anche una soluzione al piano terra, ma onestamente per la rumorosità della strada consiglio il 3° piano molto più silenzioso se non ci sono problemi nel fare le scale

Meravigliosa Firenze

Ci è piaciuto assolutamente tutto, dalla gentilezza e dall' accoglienza del proprietario che è stato paziente, ha risposto a tutte le nostre domande e curiosità, ci ha dato delle indicazioni molto preziose addirittura ci ha anche fornito una piantina e ci ha aiutato a capire come fare a spostarci, fino alla pulizia eccellente alla cura della struttura e alla cura del dettaglio. Ci siamo sentiti accolti coccolati e a casa. Tra l'altro ottima anche la posizione, vicinissima alla fermata dell' autobus, comodissima per gli spostamenti. Se dovessimo ritornare a Firenze e lo spero, tornerei assolutamente qui.

Plusieurs pourraient commencer en parlant du lieu, nous vous parlerons d’abord de Ivan. Un hôte exceptionnel, attentionné et souriant. Il a fait de cette expérience florentine un moment inoubliable. Nous reviendrons Ivan. Pour ce qui est des lieux. Propre, confortable, tranquille (loin des Klaxons du centre), facilement accessible en bus ou à velo… voire à la marche, environ 25 minutes de la gare… c’est au dernier étage et la vue du quartier, de la petite terrasse extérieure, vous fait sentir dans un film italien. Nous vous recommandons vivement l’appartement de Ivan.
