Ivan is a lovely host, full of amazing recommendations for our first time in Florence & of the area. He went above & beyond with information which helped us so much. The property was exceptional, clean, modern, great location, easy quick transport in to the centre, but things to do locally too. Bed was so comfortable, and very quiet, we slept great. Definitely stay here again and definitely recommend. We were a family of 3 with plenty of room.

Totul! Curățenie, facilități, spațiu, zonă liniștită ( deși nu este situat in centru, se poate ajunge ușor și în siguranță, chiar și pe jos sau cu autobuzul care este la 2 pași). Despre Ivan (proprietarul) - numai de bine! Foarte grijuliu, atent la toate detaliile și oferă toate informațiile necesare, astfel încât să-ti ușureze și să-ți înfrumusețeze la maxim, șederea. Deși micul dejun nu este inclus, a avut grijă să lase în frigider bunătăți locale și sucuri naturale. Mulțumim mult, Ivan!

El departamento es precioso, super luminoso y totalmente equipado. El anfitrión tiene un excelente gusto para la decoración y tuvo unos gestos de atención sumamente valorables como unos snacks de bienvenida mas algunos otros víveres y agua fresca a disposición a nuestra llegada. Además, Ivan, nos asesoró para movernos en transporte público y nos dió recomendaciones de restaurantes y lugares y actividades para realizar; sin dudas lo más valorable del lugar es su persona y su amabilidad.
Nada. Todo estuvo acorde e incluso superador. Solo se debe tener en cuenta que el departamento es un tercer piso por escalera para personas con movilidad reducida.

The apartment was very nice and the beds were comfortable. The owner was kind and left coffee, chocolate, jam, etc. for us. He also gave us a lot of useful information. I would definitely recommend this apartment.
The bus was a bit unpredictable because of the holidays.
