Świetna cena, niezła lokalizacja z dostępem do głównych atrakcji. Duże mieszkanie, blisko sklep.

Trochę daleko do komunikacji miejskiej, ale jak ktoś lubi spacerować, to mały problem. Daleko do plaży.

Location was great - just a short walk to the centre. There was a convenient supermarket nearby.

On colder days, the heating was limited to the air conditioner, which took a while to warm the rooms - however this was in February.

Location was terrific. Easy walk to all the main sights & bus terminal also easy to reach for day trips. Upstairs neighbours were so lovely. Nice spacious unit with most things you need for simple meal preparation. The owners of the corner store only metres away were so lovely & have great fresh sliced Meats & cheese.

The lounge furniture is terrible. It very hard uncomfortable outdoor furniture. Even in their photos it is where it should be in the private courtyard. Owner really needs to put in proper living furniture or come spend a night on these horrors! The whole place felt very damp when we arrived. The bedding was very damp & musty. I left with a heavy cold. We ended up leaving the door to private courtyard open during the day which seemed to help. Suggest beds are not made until just before guests arrive instead of left sit for probablyvweeks between rentals. The agency looking after the unit are not very good. They turned up to let us in. Advised us Catanaia has a recycle program of 6 different groups. This information is nowhere to be found in unit. The agency said they would send via what's app along with information on tours and good places to eat. I had to ask again for recycle info & never received any other info. They couldn't get the main door unlocked and said someone would come to fix. Never happened. We had to use a side door during our whole stay. Minor issue but they said it would be fixed. Unit needs an info folder for guests on the basics like most normal places have, especially about the recycling as they threaten extra charge if rubbish is left in unit!! Hello.... we were never here for paper or plastic collection. I contacted agency to inquire and told them I would not be paying any additional costs when I can't dispose of the waste. They said to leave for cleaners. I'll be checking no charge is made!!!! If the owner puts in an actual lounge and provides critical info inhouse for guests then I would happily recommend anyone to stay. And perhaps WIFI would increase rental potential. Catania is amazing and staying here & shopping at the local corner store is just priceless joy!!
