Yellow House with garden, 130 meters from the beach

We visited The Yellow House for one week in September and had a wonderful time. The apartment offers everything you need on a daily basis and it was also very clean. The communication with Aldo was always very helpful and friendly. We came with two children (age 6 and age 11 months) and the apartment as well as the neighborhood were perfect for them, too. There is a beautiful playground surrounded by pine trees (so always shady) directly acaross the street. There are several supermarkets nearby (~15 minutes by car) and last but not least we went to many beautiful beaches! Also perfect for children due to flat long banks. Our family with two small kids had the fantastic vacation in Yellow House. The apartaments are situated in a small village, surounded by green pine trees and the montains. Just right next to the apartments - playgroud, where our kids spent a lot of time. From the apartaments - just few minutes walk to the beautiful beach of Pinus Village, few kilometres away - long sandy beaches of Chia and unforgetable views from breathtaking mountain road, heading along the sea . Just don't forget to rent a car to see all the beauty around. Special thanx to the very friendly and helpful host Aldo, who met us in the apartaments in the middle of the night and was ready to help us every minute if it was needed! We had the unforgettable vacation and definitely will be back!

Yellow House - great place for our family! We spent great time in Yellow House apartament. The apartament is clean and good equipped. We found there everything what we needed to spend our holiday. The Owner is very nice man, who has a lot of knowledge about this area of Sardinia. To the sea is about 150m - ther is a very nice beach. Near the apartament is the playground, where our children could play. This apartament is the place in the forest, in the mountain near the sea - three things which we love.

The yellow house was perfect for our family : 2 adults and 2 young girls (10 and7). Near the beach (5'walking), in front of games for childreen, and near from the wonderful beaches of this coast (15' minutes driving). At the beginning of May it was great : nobody on the road and beaches, sun, more than 25°C, and the sea was around 20°C... Aldo is very friendly and fair. a very high recommandation
