It's within a short distance from the Pikes Peak Highway, Pikes Peak Cog Railway, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, & the U.S. Air Force Academy. It's just minutes from Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, Seven Falls, Cave of the Winds, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, and downtown Colorado Springs.
This unit is a 531 square foot, 1-bedroom suite attached to a single-family home. Watch the 70" TV from the king size bed in the single bedroom or the 50" TV from the full sleeper sofa in the living room. Relax after your adventure with a modern walk-in tile shower.
Enjoy the views of Pikes Peak and the entire front range while dining, watching movies, or playing games at the large dining room table. Or enjoy the private patio with amazing mountain views, a gas grill, patio set, and fire pit.
Take advantage of all of the nearby restaurants, order in, or cook up a delicious meal in the brand-new kitchen which has a convection/microwave oven, full size fridge, icemaker, dishwasher, and single portable burner.
Although this guest suite is attached to the main residence, it has a separate entrance and complete privacy, including private patio with fire pit, and two dedicated parking spots.

A cozy, clean, compact, comfy apartment! During our weeklong stay, we enjoyed the many indoor and outdoor activities in Colorado Springs and always looked forward to coming back to our quiet retreat with its fantastic mountain views.

Shari’s property was so lovely. Off the bat, communication with Shari was excellent. She even accommodated our early check in request. The Grandview Mesa was spotless, well stocked with pillows/blankets, coffee, water, bathroom products and much more. The view- so stunning. Parking a breeze. And so close to all of the wonderful Manitou Spring offerings. Whether you want a place to just rest your head, or to cozy up for a few days, Grandview Mesa is the spot. And my god was that bed comfortable.

Everything was fabulous!!! I do wish you had a stove. But everything was great!!!! We lived staying there. Thank you. The view is incredible. And personally. My brother lives right up the road. Thank you so much
