    We had such a lovely stay in 104 for over a week. We mysteriously came up w daily rent instead of paying weekly rate because its that affordable which is rather surprising for such modern (pun intent) lay out and great staff. We love the front desk thanks for all the coffee n good creamer. Made our stay so pleasant!! God Bless John Patrick & Lacey Nicole

    Upon entering the room seemed to be nice, new tv funew furniture an big comfortable bed, however aside from that the hotel was dirty I spent the entire first day cleaning the room , the shower water was inconsistent hot an cold unable to take a five min shower even with the same temperature water, not to mention I burned my hand in the sink from the water being so incredibly hot! There were bugs galore everything but roaches, an in the shower a bathroom they seemed to be comming out of the cracks. Unfortunately due to the wild fires in Colorado I was forced to evacuate my home a this hotel was the closest to my job so we decided to stay until we were finally able to find a monthly rental. There was a lot of traffic loud cars a guests 24/7 and homeless people even sitting at random outside the front door of our room at times. Unless the location is needed I wouldn’t recommend u can get another room for less in the same area minus the bugs an water issues, and a lot cleaner.
