For the months of Jan-April there is a reduced monthly rate.please contact me for more details! A beautiful redone 4/4 within minutes walk to the beach. This is a home for a family or two small families. It is completely stocked with all linens and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Tons of outdoor space. Two huge screened in porches. One overlooking the beautiful Backbay Canal. Also a beautiful deck outside of the main living room to sit and soak in the beautiful views in the morning while drinking your coffee or a perfect place to watch the sunset. The home was in a great location with an easy walk to the beach and the canal being right out the back door. The pool and hot tub were in great shape and enjoyed by everyone in our group. The common areas were spacious enough for family dinners, movie nights, and game nights. There were so many common areas that it also provided spaces for people to go if they wanted privacy for things such as reading. It was nice having access to all of the beach and pool toys. I definitely recommend.

Great location, near the public beach. Dog friendly with a fenced yard. Great sunset and sunrise porches. Host was accessible for issues and friendly.

We had a lovely stay! Check-in and communication were smooth; owners quickly responded to initial questions. The house is beautiful, very clean, and comfortable. We all made good use of both the pool and hot tub. The location couldn't have been any better -- very short walk to the Tuna Ln beach access. We're already looking to book again for next year!
