This lovely 4 bedroom vacation rental is situated on 2 lots, with a huge, lush yard, a fenced back yard with private pool, a covered portico relaxation station and a separate garage rec room! The Garage Rec Room has a Half Bath, Games, Commercial Ice Maker and Full Size Refrigerator convenient to the Private Pool. Bring the Jet Ski's, kayaks and paddle boards because “Bay Dreaming” sits right on a canal leading to Back Bay! A dock perfect for sunning or onboarding to your watercraft of choice is at the head of a picturesque canal lined by well-kept homes and offering sunsets over the trees in the evening. NOTE: OWNER HAS PERSONAL WATERCRAFT LOCKED AND SECURED. NOT FOR GUEST USE.
The Great Room has room for everyone and a wall of windows with water view overlooking the dock and canal. The dining room has a table that seats 14 minimum, with deck access and water view. Bedrooms on top two levels all have water view. Located on the bayside, you can bike, jog or run for miles without having to risk a busy street. Spend your week in a quiet, quaint beach neighborhood. Of course you will want to go to the beach! There is a beach access at the end of the almost 3000 feet walk or just take advantage of all the free street parking available at this end of Sandbridge. Join the locals and enjoy the walk to the beach!

Owner has personal watercraft locked and secured (not for guest use). Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use.
All Sandbridge Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.

We had a pleasant vacation and were mostly happy with the property

The outdoor pool area was amazing. The indoor carpets had many stains on them but probably due to the age of the carpets. The outdoor deck was very nice but the main area just had a lot of boards replaced and should have had more, many nail heads broken off and sticking up and a few boards still rotted through

We encountered many issues with the property.
First, we were unable to unlock the garage due to severe decay in the lock mechanism. We contacted the management company and a representative did come out. After much struggling, we were finally able to get one key to work. The temporary solution was to leave the garage unlocked until the lock could be replaced, which it was a few days later.
We encountered internet deficiencies which was a major issue since members of our group needed to work remotely. This is not the fault of the management company but some communication after we reported the issue would have been appreciated.
A burner on the stove didn't work. With the Thanksgiving holiday, having full use of the stove would have been nice.
The cover on the dishwasher was very loose...more of a nuisance than problem.
A towel holder in the main floor bathroom fell off the wall. Cleaning staff had to have known this as it took great balancing to get it to stay on the wall.
Water from the shower in the master bath leaked into the room below. Evidence of prior leaks was apparent on the ceiling.
All of these items with the exception of the internet problem existed prior to our arrival. Either these issues were not previously reported to the management group, or they chose to ignore the problems.
I understand that this is a rental property. Our family has stayed in many over the last several years including other properties in Sandbridge. The homes we selected to rent in this area just do not meet the standards we have experienced in other regions.
