The home was very nice. It was nicely decorated, and very welcoming. Rooms and amenities were as advertised.

The property location was wonderful. Just a short walk to the beach and 15 minutes drive to major shopping areas. The house was very clean and fits a family of 7 well.

Next morning our property mgr was there. She ensured things were up to scratch then simply owned it, "This was my screw up, I am so very sorry." <- We will rent again b/c of this.
