Off The Board

The house was mostly cleaned and had a great floor plan, beautiful space and lovely home feel. Love that all the rooms had TV's and cable and Internet on all even on the living room tv. Front and back door automatically locked, plenty of drive way space. Roof seating was enjoyable my kids loved it. The backyard was nice The kids ate lunch out back a lot. The house smelled normal no bugs or rodents. plenty of cutlery and flatware

One of the bathrooms showered didn't work,tub did though but it's 3 bathrooms so not that big of a deal The fridge and freezer have some cracks in them like a hanging drawer. Some of the bedding was not cleaned thoroughly or just badly stained. Like some had questionable stains I feel once something gets stained and can't be washed out it should be trash. My biggest issue though was my family wasn't allowed to use the pool they told us so close to my vacation days I thought something was wrong or it was heavily dirty since it was just winter time. But when we arrived the pool wasn't covered or even dirty The pool was basically clean and just needed chlorine and a little skimming could see right through the bottom crystal clear water. So though the pool was very beautiful and could've been ready we weren't able to use it even though I booked this house months in advance. I was told the pool wouldn't be open until the 24th of April which was only a few days from when my trip ended and I asked if it could be open earlier since it was so close but was declined. At least the beach was available. The bed my husband and I had was too soft but that's just our preference and it creeked every time we moved.

The spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, open floor plan. The beds were comfortable except the pull out bed. Great supply of eating utensils. Enjoyed the laminate floors instead of carpet. The screened in front patio was spacious and clean with outdoor furniture. Great location to beach!

When staying in a place that is to accommodate many people…the following could be more acceptable type of supplies…One ply cheap toilet paper should be better quality, no dishwasher detergent for more than one wash was discouraging, the toilet leaked and a person did not come out until almost 24 hours later. The refrigerator drawers were cracked and broken and did not slide. Need medium size cooking pans… only had one extra large and three small pans. Need more than one mixing bowl.
