New for 2024: New dishwasher, stove, and microwave in the top-level kitchen. New water heater. New roof.
One visit and you will know this vacation destination was “Mint to Be”. This is not your typical 5 bedroom beach house with a pool…it is much, much more! Lovely décor with a southern homestyle feel welcomes you to “Mint to Be” at first glance! Where do we start? Interiors are tastefully decorated and there is room for everyone, with the great room up top and the den on the ground level with a wet bar and full-size refrigerator. Wrap around deck on two sides includes a large screened porch and a deck overlooking the pool and hot tub area. Literally on top of that, find a rooftop deck with seating perfect to catch all the ocean breezes! This house has awesome outdoor areas for you to enjoy! The fenced pool and hot tub area have plenty of seating around the pool and under the covered poolside patio. Separately, a cute lawn also fenced in with grass and flowering shrubs and trees such as crepe myrtle and oleanders makes a great spot for kids and your family dog to play. (Please make sure to pick up after Fido so the next guests can enjoy the yard too.) Add to all this…the beach access path is right across the street! Just over 400 ft to the beach! Easy!
Imagine hanging out by the pool and relaxing in the hot tub evenings while the kids play. Enjoy your summer reading on the screened porch, or just check your latest post about your Sandbridge Beach vacation. Located very close to the Sandbridge Market, shops, restaurant,s and ice cream. Plus if you want to explore more activities like Ocean Breeze Water Park, the Aquarium, shopping, larger grocery stores, it is a very short drive to the Sandbridge traffic light, to get out to the other activities available to you in Virginia Beach. Don't forget that False Cape State Park at the southern tip of Sandbridge has a fishing pier, tennis, and a playground too!

Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15. All Sandbridge Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.

We loved the home and the pool and had great communication from the management company. However, when we arrived, there was dog hair still in the shower and areas of the house looked like they had no been dusted or wiped in some time. The proximity to the semi private beach was amazing, beds were comfortable and there was more than enough room for all to spread out and enjoy. The other issue we had was that the main TV in the house did not work. We notified management immediately and while they brought us an alternate small TV, it was disappointing that we really couldn’t watch a show together in the living room.
