All Sandbridge Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.

This is a lovely home and property. There are so many wonderful outdoor spaces to enjoy. Places to sit in the sun, poolside, on the top deck or below to enjoy shade. The water view is lovely and the hot tub is so relaxing. The house has everything you need and is just 2 blocks to the ocean front. Bonus as it was dog friendly and my little beagle girl enjoyed the house and property too.

This home had plenty of room and beds for our large family. The kids had their own "play room", the dining table (for the first time ever) actually sat everyone and the screened porch was nice to enjoy in the evenings.The inside was clean when we arrived. We were bummed the pool was not able to be used at this time of year (April) and the neighbors were a bit loud. We also had trouble parking dur to the neighbors all parking on the street in front of our house. When considering this place, please note that while the beach access is directly up the road and only a 3 or 4 minute walk, you do have to cross the "main street" that sometimes had traffic. Overall, my family would stay here again.

Overall our group was not satisfied with this property. There were a number of cleanliness concerns, the most notable of which are listed below:
-Black mold surrounding the ice dispenser on the fridge, which we noticed a couple days into our stay. Thankfully no one got sick from using those ice cubes.
-Mold covering the pillows on the downstairs couches.
-Ant problem in the kitchen - there were even instructions on the fridge about how to address the ants (so maybe get pest control in there?) - unfortunately, the vinegar spray referenced on the note was nowhere to be found under the sink so we had to smoosh them as we saw them.
-Filthy screens and windows - I know the window washing is a constant need, but the screens (particularly in the 3-season room) were gross and obviously had not been cleaned in a very, very long time.
In general it was just not well cleaned or maintained. It needs some touching up (numerous construction issues that were minor but caught our eyes and just made the place overall look shoddy) and attention for sure. Though the neighborhood is quiet and Sandbridge Beach is lovely, we would not return to this property.
