This deluxe Summit Beach Resort condominium is located on the 15th floor of this 15-story complex. The Summit is conveniently located on Thomas Drive near numerous restaurants, shops and family entertainment venues. With every unit in the property having a large, direct beachfront balcony, your views will be spectacular. This condo is well-maintained and fully equipped to host your family and friends on a comfortable, sun-filled vacation. The Summit has 3 large parking lots, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, indoor gym, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs and dry saunas. Additionally, there is a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob's Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar. Large balcony with patio chairs faces directly to the white sand beaches and Gulf of Mexico.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A minimum initial payment of $525 is due at time of booking. Final payments are due 35 days prior to arrival. If a booking is made within 35 days, payment in full is due at time of booking. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Cashier's Checks, Checks and Money Orders. Checks, Cashier's Checks and Money Orders must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival. Initial payment amount may vary based on the booking avenue.
NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $400 (charged within 24 hours of your arrival date) and The Summit Owner's Association registration fee (paid upon arrival to the Summit Owner's Association in the lobby) is $27 and includes 1 parking pass & up to 11 property armbands. Extra parking pass $27. While we do our best to provide you with accurate, up-to-date information, The Summit Owner's Association reserves the right to change the registration fee at any time and without notice and is based on SOA limits and availability.
**The Summit Condominiums is undergoing a property-wide balcony restoration project from September 2025 through March 2026, with dates subject to change based on weather and construction progress. During this period, balconies may be closed or partially closed, outdoor furniture may be stored inside the unit, and guests should expect noise and dust. While we will reaccommodate as able, no refunds, discounts, or guaranteed relocations will be provided. Thank you for your understanding while property improvements are being made!**

Front Porch light out. Could see keypad at night. One bathroom exhaust fan out. Doors off closet. Kitchen sink dripping constantly. Toilets barely flush. Apartment not very well stocked with cooking pans or bowls. We are used to much better. Some outlets didn’t work in one bedroom. Other than that it was good. We made due and had a great time.

I was told the day I checked in the the pool would be closed at 8:00 for “maintenance” and that it should be back to normal after the weekend. That didn’t happen. Every night we were there the pool closed at 8:00. It irritating to pay 4,000 and I have to get my kids out of the pool 2 hours earlier every night.
