This deluxe Summit Beach Resort condominium is located on the 15th floor of this 15-story complex. The Summit is conveniently located on Thomas Drive near numerous restaurants, shops and family entertainment venues. With every unit in the property having a large, direct beachfront balcony, your views will be spectacular. This condo is well-maintained and fully equipped to host your family and friends on a comfortable, sun-filled vacation. The Summit has 3 large parking lots, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, indoor gym, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs and dry saunas. Additionally, there is a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob's Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar. This condo offers a king bed in the master bedroom with en-suite bath (private bathroom) & beachfront balcony access. The 2nd bedroom is larger and offers two king beds with en-suite bath. The 3rd bedroom offers two queen beds. A 3rd full bathroom is located in hallway and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Large balcony with patio chairs faces directly to the white sand beaches and Gulf of Mexico.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A minimum initial payment of $525 is due at time of booking. Final payments are due 35 days prior to arrival. If a booking is made within 35 days, payment in full is due at time of booking. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Cashier's Checks, Checks and Money Orders. Checks, Cashier's Checks and Money Orders must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival. Initial payment amount may vary based on the booking avenue.
NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $400 (charged within 24 hours of your arrival date) and The Summit Owner's Association registration fee (paid upon arrival to the Summit Owner's Association in the lobby) is $27 and includes 1 parking pass & up to 11 property armbands. Extra parking pass $27. While we do our best to provide you with accurate, up-to-date information, The Summit Owner's Association reserves the right to change the registration fee at any time and without notice and is based on SOA limits and availability.
**The Summit Condominiums is undergoing a property-wide balcony restoration project from September 2025 through March 2026, with dates subject to change based on weather and construction progress. During this period, balconies may be closed or partially closed, outdoor furniture may be stored inside the unit, and guests should expect noise and dust. While we will reaccommodate as able, no refunds, discounts, or guaranteed relocations will be provided. Thank you for your understanding while property improvements are being made!**

This is a nice condo the beds are very comfortable and it’s well stocked with plenty of pots and pans plates silverware but do have a few suggestions the balcony needs some tiles fixed I like that there was enough seats out there for us and the inside furniture could be upgraded and it could use a Keurig

Love staying at the Summit, have stayed there for years. Overall the room was good. Very spacious and a huge kitchen. There were top sheets on only one bed out of 5. The unit did need updating.

Television in one of the bedrooms did not work. Took the management 11 hours to contact me and then wanted to come fix it at 9:00 at night when my friends were already in bed. Never followed up when I asked them to come the next day. The floors hadn't been mopped and we didn't notice until my friend put on her clean socks to walk around and they got filthy! We stayed last year in this same condo and loved it! I don't know what changed.
