Step into a modern, fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and ample seating, including a dining table for six and four barstools at the marble island. The inviting living room boasts plush seating and an 85-inch TV, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The first-floor master suite offers a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. Outside, a private swimming pool with LED lighting, a water feature, and a dining area creates the ultimate outdoor oasis.
Second Floor: Relaxation & Convenience
This level features a laundry room with a washer and dryer for effortless extended stays. The second master suite includes a private balcony, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a double glass shower. Two additional king-sized bedrooms—each with a TV—share a stylish bathroom, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.
Top Floor: Entertainment & Views
The third-floor living area is designed for leisure, featuring a TV, wet bar, and wine chiller, plus additional seating and a walk-out balcony with stunning views. The final bedroom is perfect for larger groups, with 2 double bunks, trundles underneath, and a TV.
Located near top-rated restaurants and shopping, this luxurious home is the perfect place to relax and create lasting memories.
Pool heating is available for an additional $50 plus tax per night. Please let us know in advance if you are interested in adding this.

Check in was easy and the key code door was nice. Kitchen had lots of storage, well equiped and nice big sink. Had an issue with the wifi, but called and got that fixed easily. Location in refence to the beach was amazing. We could set things up in the morning, then go out when we were ready. The beach access was handicap accessible so easy for our wagons to get out to the beach. Being so close was nice for night beach walks too. The pool was great, the kids loved it. They also had a closet of pool toys, beach toys, etc that was nice. There was a grill on the back porch too. Elevator was helpful getting bags to the floors so we didnt have to carry them all. The kids loved having their own room on the top floor with bunk beds and we liked that they had their own space.

The unit (B) was very white with all of the basic needs. As with any rental unit, there were minor repairs that could have been done (small holes in ceiling, door knob falling off, tv mount loose from wall, dead pixels in one tv) but these did not cause any issues. The location is within 100 steps from the public beach access just across the street. The only issue was that there was only one set of towels/wash rags per guest which caused laundry to be done every other day. Unfortunately, one neighbor thought our portable speaker was too loud on 2 nights even though we could not even hear it with our patio door closed - they reported us which caused a mandatory walk through from the property manager and threat of eviction. Definitely 3 generations of "KARENS".

The house was fine. Proximity to the beach was great. Emerald Coast is not a property management company you want to deal with. It took over 5 weeks to receive my security deposit and then they made a partial payment of $500. They will not return calls. I’m still owed $250.

Elevator didnt work we had elderly with us. 50lb suitcases up 3 floors. I called and reported it and no one ever came to fix it or call me with any updates. Shower in downstairs bath didnt work. My son in law fixed it.
