No Smoking Indoors: Smoking inside will incur a $250 fine.
Lost Items: Return requests incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs.
Extended Stays (21+ days): Additional $50 long-term cleaning fee, manually added post-booking.
Early Check-In: Standard check-in is 4 PM. Guests may request early check-in the day before or day of arrival. If approved, $15/hour for each hour before 4 PM.
Late Check-Out: Standard check-out is 10 AM. Guests must request late check-out the day before departure. If approved, $20/hour for each hour after 10 AM.
Unapproved Late Check-Out: $50 fine.

Guests may NOT tamper with pool equipment, including adjusting temperature or spa settings. Damage caused by doing so may incur additional charges.

It was a nice stay

Floors were filthy (feet turned black). Pool was green when we arrived but pool man came the next morning and cleaned it. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms were nice. Not enough towels for the amount of people this house sleeps.
